• Rotation to the pastures from corrals by the owner of Oliver    Stables to ensure maximum pasture growth and conservation

• All stalls are approximately 10 X 10 and fully matted
• Owner is responsible for cleaning stall daily.
• Each horse will have their own assigned stall.
• 1 wheelbarrow full of shavings every other day or 15 loads a month

Requirements:

• Entrance requirements include current Coggins (within 3 months) and shots within one year – (No horse will be allowed on premises until proof has been provided)
• Signed lease agreement by each owner and rider
• Hard hats and proper equipment are always required when riding
• 30 day notice required for termination of board
• Bi-monthly worming schedule
